Rates:
-Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include gratuity.
Taxes: $2 (lodging tax) + 5 % (T.P.S.) + 7.5% (T.V.Q.) per room per night
-Add $25 for an additional bed (includes breakfast) $15 for 6 to 11 years old; free for 0-5 years old.

Reservation and cancellation:
-A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
-There is no penalty for a cancellation more than 72 hours before check-in.
-However, in case of cancellation less than 72 hours before check-in,
a 35% penalty will be debited from your credit card.
-In case of a cancellation the day of your arrival or a "no-show" the full amount of one night stay will be debited from your credit card.
-Please take note that there is an exclusive cancellation policy for groups.
